Six times a year, six Tiny Tasters, all aged between 1 and 5, will give their verdicts on potential new Little Dish recipes before they go into production, as well as feeding back on old favourites. Their comments, photos and reviews will be posted on the Little Dish website.

To enter, parents will need to submit photos of their children eating or enjoying their food via Little Dish’s brand new Tiny Tasters App on their Facebook page, and complete a simple application form.

A selection of entries will be posted in a live gallery where fans of the page will be able to view them. Winners will receive lots of Little Dish meals and goodies from Little Dish’ s partners.

Here is a little video of what they are looking for...

We are great fans of the work done by Bliss in supporting parents of premature and sick babies. They've recently updated their guide on breastfeeding premature and scik babies, here is more information on it and where to find it.

The Best Start guide provides guidance and instruction on how to express and breastfeed premature or sick babies. It also gives step-by-step advice on the practicalities of providing milk for babies, benefiting both mother and baby physically and emotionally.

Parents of sick and premature babies will be experiencing a very challenging and emotional time, however they can receive support both on the unit or through the Bliss support helpline, website and messgeboard to help give their baby the best start.

The guide includes sections on preparing to express or breastfeed, breastfeeding your baby and a parent case study by Lisa Donelan who shares her experiences breastfeeding Niahm, who was born at 26 weeks.

Copies of the guide are available to download from the from Bliss website, www.bliss.org.uk or by calling 0500 618 140.
