I was wondering if anyone has any tips for using Facebook and Twitter to promote your business? I have both a Facebook and a Twitter account where I post updates and images of new jewellery products. But I'm not sure of the best way of getting new followers.

Also, has anyone ever run a competition on Facebook or Twitter?
